Project Scope

Internal demolition and refurbishment design for the apartment.

Concept designs for the refurbishment of the building, and alternate designs for a new building on the site.

Over a period of two years, Intercap instigated and facilitated the successful consolidation for sale of all 25 units in the complex.

The site is now set to become one of the key sites in Devine Limited's Latin Quarter project.
