Intercap is a broad-based investment and management group, with a range of interests primarily in property and advertising. Operating since February 2000, the group has successfully completed a number of projects, particularly in residential and commercial property.

Intercap specializes in the purchase of properties with a view to adding value, by way of re-zoning, refurbishment, leasing, strata titling, obtaining development approvals, and otherwise improving and/or developing. Intercap also invests in selected private business opportunities, with continuing interests in advertising billboards, golf course and golf driving range advertising, and airport carousel advertising. The group also holds interests in a real estate agency, a finance brokerage, and a technology company. Intercap maintains a research and development programme, with a commitment to emerging technologies.
